I started a career as a professional nanny in 2002. I worked as a nanny for high level professional couples for 15 years. I have experience working with children ages newborn - teenagers. As a nanny I have cared for children as well as managed households. My responsibilities as a nanny have included basic childcare (feeding, setting routines, laundry, homework help, transportation, taking children to fun and educational places), children/family laundry, cleaning up after children, organizing children's play spaces, vacation planning, grocery shopping, and meal planning and preparation. I even helped a family relocate to Switzerland and lived with them after the move for a month. I am a mom of 2 children (ages 6 and 10). Since my kids are now in full day school, I am looking to go back to being a nanny/household manager/mother's helper. I am looking for a part-time position, 1-2 days a week through the summer and possibly more hours in the fall.
