About Danaya

Hi! My name is Danaya . I'm a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with a strong background working with children of all abilities. I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children on the autism spectrum, and I currently work within the Down syndrome population. I've developed strong skills in behavior management, de-escalation, patience, and emotional support. I've most often worked with children ages 4-7, but I'm flexible and comfortable with various age groups. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Winston-Salem State University and am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I'm energetic, creative, and nurturing, and I value building positive relationships with children and families.
