Don't hire this person. We have three employees here and we're like a little family. We all had high hopes that she'd become our long-term housekeeper. But she has a negative, nasty attitude we just couldn't take. We should have known when she threw a hissy fit when she got a little bit wet with the hose on the back porch (because she didn't know how to use a nozzle). Then she ruined a good blouse that was lying in a tub in the laundry room, adding sheets to the tub and dumping bleach in, rather than removing the blouse, asking about it, or using oxy powder as she was asked for the sheets. Instead of apologizing, she again threw a fit and quit! She also argued incessantly about her pay, insisting I should pay her income tax at one point (weird), and then demanding her pay repeatedly by text prematurely, even though we explained to her from the beginning that everyone here was paid bi-monthly within 2-3 days of the end of each pay period. I don't trust her at all and would never recommend her for hire.
