My passion for caregiving comes from helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Before raising my family, I worked as a licensed physical therapist for 11 years, giving me a strong foundation in mobility, safety, rehabilitation, and compassionate care. As a mom of six and professional caregiver, I've continued to build on those skills with patience, empathy, and reliability. I maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. While I don't provide skilled physical therapy services, my background gives me valuable knowledge of safe mobility, fall prevention, transfers, and encouraging independence. I'm happy to provide companionship, transportation, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and dependable support with daily routines. My goal is to help seniors feel safe, respected, and cared for while giving families peace of mind.
