About Danna

Danna is an absolute gem of a human and we have been so lucky to have her as our son’s nanny for the last year. She started with us when our son was 7 months old and within 2 weeks it was clear she was a perfect fit for our family; we loved her so much that we decided to extend her contract another 6 months. Our son immediately took to Danna, she radiates warmth and kindness and nurturing comes very natural to her. Beyond her wonderful temperament, Danna is a true professional. She is a proactive communicator, consistently punctual, and highly responsible. She took a collaborative role in our son’s development, regularly researching and suggesting age-appropriate activities to help him reach major milestones like sitting, crawling, and walking. We really valued Danna’s opinion; she is receptive to feedback and often brought valuable perspective from her previous experience to our home. She was diligent about maintaining his schedule, kept play areas tidy, and prioritized safety above all else. We also loved that she spoke to him in both English and Spanish, helping him pick up bilingual vocabulary early on. She has become an extension of our family and we hope to maintain our relationship with her long term. While we are transitioning our son to daycare for this next phase, we would keep her indefinitely if we could. We trust her completely and give her our highest possible recommendation.
