About Darla

I'm Darla, I am a 27-year-old female, non-smoker, with my own transportation. I'm a North Carolina certified EMT currently working in Winston Salem, but I have also worked for Guilford County EMS. I am certified with the American Heart Association for First Aid and CPR. I have a Masters Degree in communication, and began working in child care at 12 years old in a church nursery. I have experience with children ages 0-18+ as I worked full time as an Aquatics and Swim lessons coordinator for the YMCAs, YWCOs, teaching lifeguard certification classes, and swim lessons for all ages infant -adult from 2013 until 2021 when I went into EMS full time. I worked extensively with the YMCA's adaptive program for special needs, and can provide a resume/references. I am comfortable with infants, toddlers, children, elderly, and pets.
