I am a mature mother of two daughters who are 18 and 20 years old. While raising my daughters, my house had all the children in the neighborhood and my girls' friends at my house. We had at least 4 children daily to 20 children in our home. I was a community mom who was always willing and able to help other mothers in my community pick-up children, deliver children, or help children with projects. I had several girlfriends who children were always in my home for days at a time. I was a girl scout leader, Sunday school teacher, youth leader, 4-H helper, Bible Vacation School teacher, dance mom and assistant coach in numerous community sports. I loved my girls and their friends. I have always had a heart for children.
