About Darnika

Hi, I'm Darnika and I am from Durham, North Carolina. I come with plenty of experience working with children of all ages and of different levels of functioning. Most of my experience working with children comes from different school systems. I worked with children ages varying from infants to 12 years of age. My responsibilities included creating and implementing curriculum, promoting a professional work environment, communicating with parents regarding their child's needs, and working effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, and opinions. I worked closely with toddlers (1-3). I changed diapers, assisted with feeding, putting them to sleep, and teaching them age-based curriculum. Through my jobs from several centers I gained CPR/First Aid/AED certified. I also come with over 3yrs of nanny experience working with over 5 families. I love being able to assist families in whatever way I can & I look forward to connecting with you.
