About Dawn

I have four children and was a stay-at-home mom for 26 years. My youngest is now in college, and I miss caring for children, as I have been involved in childcare most of my life. I worked as a nanny for a family of four while I was in college studying child psychology, and I ran a small daycare out of my home after my first child was born. I have spent most of my adult life volunteering at my children's schools and for their sport teams. I am a self-employed artist and photographer, but I miss having children around and would love to spend part of my days caring for and playing with a baby, toddler or young child again. I was a very hands-on mom and really believe in active and creative play, reading and, of course, I love doing arts and crafts. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting your family!
