About Dawn

I am an upper manager for a Fortune 50 company. I spent the majority of my adult life building a career, but never having my own. Instead I spent a lot of time caring for my nephews as well as the children of friends and family. I also worked for many years volunteering with children of domestic violence. While I never had my own children, I've always enjoyed playing, teaching and encouraging the positive growth of little humans! I am not in it for the money because I understand how critical child care is to families of all types. Therefore, I'm very open as to my rate - childcare should be affordable! A little more about me: I have a degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies. I am very easy going and able to adapt my style and approach to befit the age, understanding and need of the child. I value learning and thus weave teaching into every day tasks. I have limitless energy and can play on the trampoline or dance party with the best of them!
