About Dawn

I am responsible and organized. I like working with kids because I was a stay at home mom for 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed raising them . As a young child I remember wanting to be a mom. It's what made me happy. I'm looking for a job that I can help out a mom or dad who will know their children are in good hands. I am loving and responsible and the children and families I have helped out over the years become family to me. I started working with kids when my youngest went to kindergarten 15 years ago. I helped out a teacher with her young children and have worked for a few families since then. (5 years and 7 years with the families) In my spare time, I like to be with my children, watch sports with my husband and visit our 2 young grandchildren in Virginia. One thing you should know about me is I love caring for children. I probably should have been a teacher. I am a patient person, always coming from a place of love even in tough moments and a good communicator.
