About Dayana

Hello! My name is Dayana. I am a caring, dependable, and patient childcare provider available for evenings, weekends, and occasional babysitting. I am a mother and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working directly with children, including children with autism and other special needs. In my current role, I provide one-on-one support focused on communication, social skills, behavior management, independence, and skill development. I can help with supervision, homework, educational activities, motor skill development, positive behavior support, meal preparation, bedtime routines, and engaging play activities. I am comfortable caring for children of different ages and abilities. As both a mother and an RBT, I understand the importance of creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and committed to providing reliable, high-quality care for every family I work with.
