About Deanna

Hi! My name is Deanna and I love working with young children. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from UCF and a minor in Special Education. I have been working with young children (birth-8) for 8+ years in a professional childcare setting, and have babysat for 16+ years. I also worked as an Au Pair in Italy for one full year. I worked for two families; the ages were 9/13 and 2/4. Additionally, I have classroom and tutoring experience spanning all school levels (Pre-K to HS). Currently, I work in a preschool setting caring for children from 6 weeks up to 12 years old. I love young children and enjoy playing with them, nurturing their curiosity and imagination, and building important knowledge and life skills through play. I believe it is important for a child to build independence but always have a trustworthy adult behind them.
