I've been self-employed for 30 + years; I've taken care of 3 elderly clients, one of whom had dementia for 3 of the years I worked for her; one client I took care of for 10+ doing house cleaning, grocery store runs, meal prepping, overnights, and doctor appointments; also have experience with filing and handling bill payments. All the people I have worked for have been long-term clients, most of whom I have worked for 10+ years. I am very loyal to the people around me, always ensuring the family knows what is happening. I started a log book in my previous client's home so the family knew exactly what was happening. I enjoy being able to connect with people and getting to learn about their backgrounds. I'm a single grandparent who has cared for her granddaughter for 19 years. I have a cat and a dog, and I also enjoy listening to books and going to the movies, which I love doing with my clients if they feel up to.

If I could give Deborah A more than a five-star review I would!! I am an acquaintance of hers and while I was not needing her caregiver services, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand on multiple occasions her caregiving skills with the utmost care, knowledge, and skill - topped with love. She possesses an inherent quality and intelligence towards her care to those in her charge - always putting their needs first. She goes well above and beyond in her duties. She not only performs ‘necessary’ care in terms of safety, basic needs, etc - she truly enhances the lives of those in her charge and makes their lives better. I would not hesitate for a moment to hire Deborah. She is passionate about those needing care and I do believe this is her ‘calling’.
