Deb is fantastic with our baby! I returned to work at 3 months and it made it so much easier knowing he had such a caring woman looking after him. She's involved in his development and has such a nurturing style. She is so knowledgeable and adaptable, we look forward to having her with us while our son grows!

Deborah was a perfect fit for our busy family. She's very responsible and I always knew my kids were in  safe hands with her. We loved Debora and our time working with her was much too short! She was always a few minutes early, great with communication, and wonderful with my kids. She is right at home with little ones, and they loved her from the first visit. She is bilingual, and I requested and was appreciative that my children could be exposed to a second language while with her. I highly recommend her, and would love to hire her again should our schedules coordinate!

She was great with our four kids. Ages 3, 2, newborn twins when she started. She adapted quickly and learned our parenting styles. She cooked, proficiently and regularly loaded up FOUR kids in car seats and transported them to daycare, Parks, zoo, or mall. She read the children books, taught them Portuguese children songs, and played with them. Somehow she managed to be their friend but also stern enough that they knew she was in charge. She would still work for us full time if I had not decreased my work schedule.
