I have 30+ years in childcare & education. You'll have a nanny and Reggio Emilia teacher all in one! I'm a mother of 3 grown children. Work history includes 20 years as Elementary Art teacher with FCBOE. I taught at a K-8 private school as well as a preschool in Roswell. I'm trained in the Reggio Emilia Approach. I'm looking for a long-term, full-time nanny position. I'm very reliable, discreet, patient, & organized. I'm fabulous w infants-elementary children & have an outgoing personality. Your children will receive loving, stable, safe, & consistent care. I have a deep understanding of infant/toddler development & passion for fostering learning & creativity. We will focus on social skills, motor skills, etiquette, self-awareness, a love for ART MUSIC MOVEMENT & NATURE- DAILY! I teach baby sign language and beginner Spanish. I most currently work as a private nanny for a newborn & 2 yr old. The family is moving out of state. I live in Milton GA & have MANY excellent references.
Deb nannied for our family (two boys) for a year-and-a-half. She was absolutely amazing, and we would still have her as our nanny if we didn't have to relocate to another city. Deb took our boys on many fun adventures, and always had a fun (and instructional) activity planned. She was an art teacher and then a preschool teacher for many years before she became a nanny, so our children were able to get the best of both worlds. Our toddler in particular really enjoyed all of the arts and crafts and Deb helped him learn letters and numbers, well in advance of the normal age for learning those types of things. Deb did a lot of things that made our lives easier and was always a fun and joyful presence around the house. We highly recommend Deb as nanny.
