About Delaney

Hey! My name is Delaney and I previously nannied a 7-year-old boy for two years. I love babysitting because I don't mind the chaotic nature of children. I also nannied a 9-year-old girl this past summer. I love the all of the energy children have and like learning to channel it toward reading, playing games, and watching movies together (or even just listening to them talk). I also worked at a non-profit learning center for two years. In my spare time, I write articles for The Daily Tar Heel, spend time with my friends, go to football games, read in bookstores on Franklin Street. One thing you should know about me is I am very eager to adjust to your child and the order of which you would like things to be. I typically work at Trader Joe's when I am home in California for the summers and I've found that my patience is one of my strongest assets. I can drive and have never been in an accident. I am a people-person, and love to work. I can also cook and tutor.
