About Delaney

I like caring for adults and children with special needs because I enjoy building trust, supporting their independence, and helping them feel safe and successful in their daily routines. I'm looking for a job where I can support children or individuals with special needs in a patient, structured, and caring environment. I started caring for children and adults with special needs this year as a paraprofessional in a Public School. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, and hang out with my chickens. One thing you should know about me is I will always lead with empathy with your loved ones. My skills include cleanliness, attentiveness, and interaction.
