About Delaney

I'd describe my personality as exuberant, patient, and compassionate! I like working with kids because they bring me so much joy. I love their eagerness to explore the world around them, and the resulting excitement when something clicks! I'm looking for a job that allows me to build a personal relationship with the children I care for, and an environment that is based in love and care for the child's needs first! I started working with kids in 2017 in my church's childcare program. In my spare time I like to paint and sing! One thing you should know about me is I will fall in love with your child! My skills include my ability to combine fun such as games/songs with learning to create a lasting learning environment. I can create a schedule including meal times, nap times etc. that your child can best thrive in. I will meet your child where they are at in love. I can offer comfort in the midst of sadness, redirection from frustration and anger, and love through it all!
