About Delaney

Hi! I'm Delaney, a West-Seattlite, cat mom, and University of Washington graduate with a masters in child and adolescent psychology. I have worked with children and teens in a variety of roles including nanny, art teacher, birthday party host, child welfare worker, preschool assistant, and mental health counselor. I would describe my nannying style as patient, fun, and creative. I pay attention to children's natural interests and tailor our activities together based on those interests. I also love taking kids out on adventures around the comminity! Some of my favorite spots are libraries, game stores, parks, museums, farms, and gardens. My education and professional background have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of child development and mental health. I have experience working with neurodivergent children. In addition to childcare, I can assist with light house keeping, pet care, errands, transportation, and meals.
