About Deleana

Supporting the independence, dignity, and well-being of seniors has been a lifelong passion throughout my 40+ years of nursing and caregiving experience. As a retired Registered Nurse, I bring patience, compassion, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail to every person in my care. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR and First Aid training. I am experienced in assisting seniors with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication management, companionship, and activities of daily living. I am also comfortable caring for individuals with dementia and providing calm redirection and reassurance when needed. I believe excellent care is about more than completing tasks. I enjoy engaging with seniors, listening to their stories, preserving their independence, and helping them feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I am dependable, attentive, and committed to providing the same quality of care I would want for someone I love.
