About Derrah

My passion for caregiving stems from wonderful experiences babysitting, working in a daycare, in home elderly care and my own personal experience as a mom of 23 years! I also have been coaching youth football now for 3 years. I've cared for children and adults of all ages, from infants to teenagers, as well as elderly! I have some college experience and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have consistently worked in elderly care for the last 10 years. I currently work for an agency as a PCA, doing in-home care. I'm friendly and professional , patient, creative, and personable. I will provide daily written reports and regular text updates. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules, and completing tasks also that need attention while I am there. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, hiking, walks, board games, and educational games and will incorporate that also. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
