We were lucky to have found De'Seane when we did. She is an excellent caregiver, pleasant to work with, and has great communication skills. In the months she cared for my baby, she helped us establish routine, discover new things that my daughter likes, and made helpful suggestions. I felt that I could focus on my work and household tasks, with confidence that she could work independently, escalate issues when appropriate, and make good judgment calls. Most importantly, I felt that I could trust her. We are only parting ways because we have help from family now. We won't hesitate to reach out to her if we need help again. Both my infant and toddler love her. I highly recommend her.
