Hi! My name is Desirae. I'm 23 years old and currently pursuing a degree in American Sign Language Interpreting! I have 5 years of experience in childcare, working at both a Discovery Point and a Primrose School, and currently with a family since last May! I love Harry Potter, all things Disney (especially karaoke), and traveling! I love going to the zoo, aquarium, pretty much anything outdoors! I enjoy going on walks, playing pretend, and helping children to utilize their imaginations to the fullest extent. I have 6 little sisters, 2 are biological and 4 are adopted! My family was a foster family for 5 years, so I have lots of experience with children and being around them. Caring for those sweet children was such a rewarding feeling, and part of why I love working with kids so much. I look forward to meeting some of you guys and getting to know your families!
