As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years in the field, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my love for caring for children and supporting families. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication with parents. I believe in regular updates and following their preferred communication method to ensure a seamless partnership. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a safe and structured environment. When it comes to activities, I enjoy a mix of outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning. In addition to my experience, I have some graduate school education and am fluent in both English and Spanish.
