About Desiree

Ms. Desiree has cared for my two children through multiple phases of their lives. She provided full-time care when my boys were infants, including during a critical period when one of my children was born prematurely at 29 weeks and required a high level of structure, attentiveness, and consistency. I also have an autistic, nonverbal child who requires a caregiver capable of communicating in his language—someone who listens with more than just their ears. Ms. Desiree consistently demonstrated patience, attunement, and an intuitive understanding of his needs. She is a trusted caregiver, including for overnight care. Ms. Desiree maintains routines, ensures the children are engaged and well-fed, and adheres to schedules that support their regulation and development. Most importantly, she built a secure and loving bond with my children—one that any parent would value deeply.
