I have 4+ years experience in nannying/babysitting. I have watched ages ranging from fresh new born (I do have one child of my own) to 16. In the past I have been responsible for transportation, laundry, grocery shopping, appointment making/taking, dishes and all general upkeep of cleanliness having to do with a home. I've watched as many as 5 children at a time and I have previously worked at a daycare in my adult life. I am CPR/BLS certified, non smoker with reliable transportation and flexible open availability. I have a current background in the dental field, esthetics and you guessed it, nannying/kids. I love kids and my passion for nurturing them and watching them grow into little smart, sweet funny humans sets me apart from others. I am reliable, trustworthy, honest and punctual. I'm grateful every day for having found someone who loves spending time with my son and who has become such an important member of our family.Her experience with children has helped us as first time parents navigate new developments. For example, she helped us set a daytime routine with fixed feeding, nap, and play/park times. She also taught us new ways to do bath time and was the one who encouraged my son to walk (and documented his first steps in video for us!). She always offers her help and has gone above and beyond numerous times, including coming in early, doing the baby's laundry, doing chores around the house, taking amazing pictures of Luca for us, and even feeding my dog in the mornings we forget (mornings with baby's are hectic!). A someone with very high standards, I'm continuously impressed with Destinee's professionalism, work ethic and reliability --I can say without exaggeration that she's never been late and gives ample notice when she needs time off. We love her!
