About Destini

I'd describe my personality as engaged, creative, and empathetic I like working with kids because it's refreshing to hear their wild imaginations , to see pure happiness and hear those giggles but also build a bond I'm looking for a job that I will enjoy but also learn from. I know its challenging working with kids with different personalities but I am positive it will be a beautiful learning experience I started working with kids when I was 14 with my younger cousins . then when I was 16 I got my first babysitter job , I watched a family friends' niece, I would take care of her for a 1 yr 1/2 In my spare time, I like to spend time with my dog . I take him to dog parks, to get pup cups or we just stay home and enjoy each others company. One thing you should know about me is that I am hardworking, not afraid of change or challenge , passionate about my job and I am very open minded and communicative. My skills include active listening, patience and conflict resolution
