My standard is to care for your child as I would my own and I always become a loving part of each family. My attention remains on your child and not on my social life or phone. I know that this is a concern in the industry and I am not a distracted care giver. My past children and families remain in my family's life and we share in getting together, weddings, graduations and other important milestones. I have a perfect driving record over 20 years as well as provide my own reliable mode of transportation. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Deysi completely abandoned my family by sending us a text on Friday afternoon saying that she quit and will not be coming to work on Monday when she knows that both my husband and I work outside of the house and are dependent on her for childcare. When we reached out to her to ask why, she completely ignored us. She gave us no indications that she would be leaving and gave us no time to prepare for other accommodations. Throughout her employment, we asked her several times if she was happy and openly encouraged her to communicate with us if there were any concerns, she did not indicate to us that she was unhappy at any point. Her lack of professionalism is shocking and we would not recommend her as she is clearly not reliable. If you are considering hiring her, please inquire for my information or reach out to me here and I will gladly share further details about my experience. 

Deysi has been an amazing nanny for my son.  She treats him like her own child.  She is kind, reliable, always keeps me updated, and my son loves her.  Any family would be lucky to have her.

I can honestly say that Deysi was the absolute best Nanny our family has ever had (and we have had some great ones!)!   We were so blessed to find her on care when my son was around 6 months old.  She went above and beyond in all of her work duties, but most importantly she has caring , compassionate , and honest!   Her work ethic was second to none and she  truly became a part of our  family,   Unfortunately, we had to move due to my husband’s job or we would 100% still be employing Deysi to this day. Without any hesitations, I would recommend Deysi!!

Deysi is amazing. She has been a joy to work with and is like family to us. Words can’t describe how wonderful she has been for our son and family!!!

Deysi worked with our family for 5 years. She became a member of our family. She was a huge part in making our daughter the amazing person she is today. I personally know 4 other families that Deysi became part of. She worked for every one of them from infant to school age. All of us were at her wedding. 15 years later and we are still involved in each other's lives. That should say it all.

Deysi was a full-time nanny for us for 3 months for our first child. She started watching him when he was a little younger than 3 months - I wish we could have kept her for longer but our plan all along was for our son to start daycare when he was 6 months old. We already miss Deysi SO MUCH. 
 As a first time parent - it was crazy hard to think of someone else watching after my child. After the first day with Deysi, I stopped worrying. She really had a way with my baby boy and he would light up when he saw her. She would do the same when she saw him. She helped me with his nap & feeding schedule and always gave good advice when I asked for it. She always arrived on time and was very flexible. Deysi would also help around the house when our son was napping - she isn't the type to sit down! She took care of all our sons needs (laundry, bottle prep - she even helped me organize his nursery). You will be lucky to have Desyi take care of your precious ones!

I cannot say enough good things about Deysi! With my husband out of town for 3 weeks- I needed help! I could not have asked for anyone better than Deysi. She stepped right in and helped with my toddler and my newborn. As a new mom, I am very picky with who I let take care of my kids but Deysi made me feel so at-ease. She knew exactly what to do and asked questions if she ever wasn't sure about something. My toddler absolutely loves her and asks for her when he wakes up in the morning and after nap time. We are so thankful for Deysi. I would HIGHLY recommend Deysi to anyone. You can trust that your babies are in great hands with her.

We found Deysi online and knew almost immediately upon meeting her that she was the perfect fit for our family.  In our online profile, we had said that we were looking for "Mary Poppins," and we feel like, in many respects, Deysi was just that.  She has a great feel for kids, and her relationship with our daughter developed swiftly and intensely - M. goes absolutely crazy when she sees Deysi in the morning, and they have such a fun time together.

Deysi read books to M., played with her toys, taught her letters, colors and shapes, worked with her on eating and drinking, took her for walks, helped her practice rolling over, and then crawling, and then pulling up, and then walking, spoke Spanish with her, took her to the library for story time, and took care of all of M.'s logistics (e.g., laundry, bottle preparation, etc.).  

Deysi arrived on time, rarely called out sick and went over and above the call of duty often.

I simply cannot say enough about Deysi and what she has meant to our children for the last three years. She has truly become a part of our family. 

Of Deysi's strengths-and there are many-her greatest is her flexibility. She can just as easily entertain my 3 year old as she can my 7-month old. She devotes her full attention to each child and gives each what he or she individually needs. But don't mistake her careful attentiveness as an inability to juggle tasks; I've seen her manage her entire household while also entertaining and caring for my kids when we visit her. 

Deysi is the most generous person I have ever met. On numerous occasions she would have dinner prepared for my family when I picked up my little one. She inspires me to be a more generous person. 

She conducts herself professionally, respects confidentiality, and is able to connect with children of all ages. She loves children DEEPLY! She is irreplaceable! We love her so much and she is still a dear friend of ours!

Deysi is wonderful.  She worked for us for over 5 years.  We consider her family and she shares a close bond with our daughter.
