My background as a medical doctor graduated in Cuba (2011) provides me with invaluable clinical judgment to rigorously monitor the physical well-being of my patients. In practice, I have 4 years of continuous experience working as a CNA in the Memory Care unit of an assisted living facility, providing daily support and cognitive stimulation to individuals with memory loss and physical disabilities. I have completed the 40-hour RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training, which is ideal for behavioral management, as well as the required hours for Day Care and an approved fingerprints background check. I offer care that combines the rigor of my medical knowledge with a deeply empathetic, patient approach tailored to each family's routine.
