We had the privilege of working with Diane for just over a year with our son from about age 9 months - 22 months. Our experience with her was fantastic. She is loving, energetic, and very committed. Caregiving seems to come naturally to her, and she fit in with our family immediately and built early trust with us. It was a challenging year for our family living in a new city and working busy schedules, and Diane was able to very much ease our transition by being present, communicating well, and being able to accommodate all of our needs and absolutely exceed expectations. As our son grew and changed, so did her engagement with him to teach, learn, and play at his level and help him reach the next. We were so sad to part ways with her when we moved away from the city. She is an incredible person and a truly wonderful caregiver.
