Diane is such a caring individual. She is gentle, kind, and loving with our kids, and I’m always comforted knowing they’re in her hands. She first started with us part-time when our firstborn, now 4, was about 18 months old, and continued with us more ad hoc as he got older. She’s now caring for our second ad hoc as well, who is 22 months. She is wonderful at navigating attachment and transitions with little ones and always manages to make them laugh and feel at ease. Some days she’s with just one of our kids, and other days she handles both of them with a breeze. She’s responsible, dependable, and a great communicator, which has always made coordinating with her very easy. We’re so grateful to have her and would happily recommend her to another family.
