I have over 30 years of experience working with children, including 8 years running my own licensed in-home childcare program. I have cared for children from infancy through preschool age and have a strong understanding of child development, routines, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. My experience includes planning age-appropriate activities, supporting social-emotional growth, encouraging independence, and helping children learn through play. I believe every child is unique and deserves patience, kindness, and individualized attention. I truly enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and families and providing dependable, loving care they can feel confident in.
