Diavian has been such a great support for our family over the last 2 years, and we can't thank her enough. My husband and I have long irregular schedules at the hospital and she has always been very flexible and accommodating, even with last minute changes, early mornings and late shifts. She even came to take care of our son last minute when I didn't realize I was scheduled for a shift one day. She is reliable and really has taken a lot of stress off our shoulders during this time. Diavian has been caring for our son since he was ~1.5 years old. She quickly adapted to our son's sleep schedule changes, potty training, and clingy/tantrum stages. Some days our son will be crying when we have to leave, but she'll swoop right in to comfort him and let us head to work. She has been patient and has really learned our son's tendencies. She takes him outdoors and drives him to different activities. She is transparent. I truly valued was that she would give her every effort to make a scheduled time and would try to tell us as far in advance if she didn't think she'd be able to make it. We are moving, but we will always cherish all of her dedication and support! I highly recommend her for any needs!
