About Dilara

Dilara took care of our son from 3 to 5 months, and she was truly exceptional. We were initially hesitant because her rate was on the higher end, but every one of her references spoke so highly of her that we decided to go with her, and it turned out to be so worth it. As a former Montessori school teacher and a parent herself, Dilara is incredibly experienced and knows all the developmental milestones and how to help babies practice them. She's calm and loving. Our son would light up with a big smile every morning when he saw her. As a WFH mom, I also loved her warm, calm presence and really enjoyed chatting with her. Her passion for Montessori education really comes through. Any time I asked questions about child development, she'd offer a wealth of thoughtful information. She genuinely cares about children's safety and wellbeing. For example, she reminded us of areas in our home that needed more babyproofing, and when she noticed a small pond we'd dug in the backyard, she flagged that it would need protection once our son became mobile. As first-time parents, we benefited enormously from her experience and insight. Dilara is also extremely organized and punctual. Our son needed to follow a fairly complex physical therapy routine, and she followed the PT's instructions to the letter. His torticollis improved significantly under her care. She communicates easily and is receptive to parent guidance. We'd tried other nannies who said they were comfortable tracking daily activities, but none of them could reliably document things like sleep duration and diaper changes the way we asked. Dilara delivered on every detail, consistently and perfectly. We are very reluctant to let her go, but my parents have just arrived from our home country and want to help out with childcare. We can't recommend Dilara highly enough, and hope she finds another family as lucky as we were.
