About Dionna

I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I volunteered at a daycare center in Carson, CA and loved it, so I made it a career. I have worked with all ages. I have worked in child care, daycare centers and elementary schools. I was an after school teacher to a group of 4th and 5th graders for two years eventually becoming a Site Coordinator. Working with kids is my passion, watching them grow and thrive no matter how small the milestone is priceless. I learn something new everyday, they keep me on my toes. I'd describe my personality as fun yet reserved, I am consistent and love a structured routine. I also have two children of my own (5&11) one of them being special needs with a rare chromosome deficiency. Our favorite family hobbies are shopping at Target, going to the park and learning new things especially if it's about animals/wildlife.
