About Dominique

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and loving I like working with kids because I like being able to say I played a part into helping a kid have a good childhood and future. I'm looking for a job that has consistent days and hours and a decent pay rate. I started working with kids when I was a teenager. Now I have my own kids a 2-month-old, 1-year-old and 5-year-old. I baby sat a 2 and 9-year-old for 3 years and I've watched a 4 and 6-year-old for 2 years. In my spare time, I like to read, I work on lesson plans for the middle school and high schoolers that I teach at my church, I like to play with my kids, do learning with them and take them to fun places and to the park One thing you should know about me is I believe in keeping kids on a routine and schedule, I believe in respecting their feelings and helping them learn how to handle and regulate their emotions. I am very patient, kind, positive , loving/ nurturing, understanding and I love working with kids.
