About Donna

I'd describe my personality as warm, outgoing and caring. I like caring for seniors because it reminds me of caring for my parents and my neighbor. I treasure helping seniors in the next phases of their lives. I'm looking for a job that allows me the chance to contribute and assist a family with caring for a loved one. I have experience with dementia and hospice care. I started caring for seniors being the local daughter for my parents. My neighbor was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with relatives living remotely and I assisted in her transition and care. When families are remote - loved ones don't frequently share the "full story" so as no to worry others. In my spare time, I like to lead Laughter Yoga, read and learn. I have been spending time at the shore. One thing you should know about me is that I practice partnership with you in providing the best care and am as communicative as needed. My skills include patience, attention to detail and have a healthy sense of humor.
