My experience includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, errands, and transportation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I understand the importance of earning trust and I always follow the family's preferred communication method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I have completed some college and hold current CPR and First Aid Training.
