Dorian was our son's nanny from ages 4mo-9mo of age. She has a remarkable ability to connect with and care for young children, was 100% attentive to our child's needs, and also genuinely cared about his happiness/well-being. We always felt 100% comfortable with her taking care of him. Her strengths include great communicator, caring, observant, and reliable. She is also just a great personality who is easy to be around and talk to from an adult to adult perspective. The hours of our care needs eventually did not work out with her schedule, otherwise we would not have parted with her. We will miss her dearly and would welcome her back with open arms at any point in the future.
