It is clear that Dorothy loves children and she was an absolutely fantastic baby sitter! I hired Dorothy when I needed weekly help with my 3 month old son. She was extremely reliable and always on time. I really appreciated how she would follow up with me with a quick text to see how things were going with my son after her visits. She was in tune with my baby's needs and knew immediately how to respond. As a first time mom myself, Dorothy was open to sharing tips to help me with my little one when I asked her while always respecting and following my directions. Dorothy displayed confidence and genuine enjoyment when caring for my son. I always felt confident and comfortable leaving him with her. I knew he would be safe and have a great time.
