After spending 15 years as a mental health counselor, I am transitioning my career to provide dedicated, one-on-one support within the home. I bring a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to every interaction. My background allows me to skillfully handle confusion or behavioral changes by de-escalating stressful situations and adapting to your loved one's unique needs. I am fully certified in CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
