Hey there! I'm Dori, a 21-year-old from Hinsdale, IL, with over five years of childcare experience. I've found tremendous joy in creating safe, fun, and nurturing environments that support children's growth and learning. I believe in the importance of imagination, especially during childhood. I love organizing a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that spark creativity and limit screen time, though I do enjoy the occasional movie as well! Communication and responsibility are key aspects of my approach. I prioritize respecting and enforcing parents' rules while ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. I love all animals and have two dogs at home! I am more than willing to help out around the house and care for pets as well. I have experience caring for up to three children of all ages above 2 years old, including toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids.
