My name is Angel and I'm a caregiver. I consider myself as punctual, caring and professional. I love my job and I've been doing it for 10 years now. I love helping people in general and this job gave me a chance to do just that. It's always fulfilling for me seeing my clients happy about the care that I give them. When I'm working with my clients I like to create a safe space for them. By making them feel happy, safe, protected and comfortable at all times. When they feel comfortable and safe, they express themselves better. So I've worked with a number of clients with different kinds of care needs. Such as : - Dementia clients -Alzheimer's -Hospice care - Parkinson's -Hearing impaired -Broken bones -Cancer - COPD -Companion Responsibilities were: - Medicine administration -Hoyer lift and transferring - Sponge bathing and showering -Toileting and incontinent -Ambulation/walking -Feeding - Cooking - Light housekeeping
