I currently work part time at Mirabella Portland as a food server in the memory care/assisted living floor! Before being a server I was a caregiver at a memory care facility for 1 year then transferred to in-home caregiving. My primary focus with being a companionship caregiver is creating meaningful experiences for your loved one. Activities may include outings, shopping/grocery shopping, movies, museums, local events, nail painting, conversations, errands and whatever makes your loved one happy.
