About Dulce

Hello! I am a recent graduate from CSUN with a B. A. in Child and Adolescent Development. I've cared for children between the ages of 6 months to 10 years old. My jobs have consisted of feeding, light tidying up, playing with the children, bathing, and putting children down for naps when needed. From my overall experience working with children and studying child development, I understand how important it is to be aware of how diverse children's needs can be. I believe children of all ages and abilities require flexible, adaptive, and attentive care. I understand that every child is unique and finding out how each child learns and communicates best is very important. As most of my jobs have been primarily supportive of social and emotional development, my priority when I work with kids in any context is to focus on building these skills through play and other activities they enjoy.
