About Dylan

Working with kids is something I genuinely enjoy and care about. I love being able to support their growth, keep them engaged, and just create a positive, fun environment for them. I would describe myself as patient, friendly, and easy to be around. I have a college background and about a year of experience caring for children, and I'm comfortable with up to two kids across different age groups (4-5, 6-11, and older). I think communication is really important, so I always make sure to keep you updated in whatever way you prefer and be open about anything that comes up. I'm also good about maintaining structure and following any household rules you have in place. I enjoy staying active with kids--whether that's playing outside, sports, or just keeping them entertained. I have a car, I'm comfortable around pets, and overall I just try to bring a calm, positive energy into any home I'm in.
