About Eden

One of my favorite things about working with kids is getting to experience the world through their eyes! I love seeing the unique and special ways children learn to create and problem-solve. I started working with kids in high school, when I worked as a mother's aide/babysitter for a large family with children aged from 2 months to 14 years old. During college, I spent three summers working as a camp counselor for older children and teenagers at a sleep away camp in Canada. After college, I worked as a Support Teacher in a preschool classroom for children aged 3 - 4 years old. I always say that I'm comfortable in chaos --something that I've learned often comes with working with more than one child at a time. I attribute this in large part to the fact that I am a triplet! Growing up as a multiple has given me a unique perspective on how each child is an individual in their own right! My skills include planning and instruction, creative thinking, and emotional intelligence!
