About Elaine

Hi families! My name is Elaine, and I'm a caring, energetic, and patient childcare professional with over 3 years of experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum and with developmental differences. I currently work as a school-based ABA Specialist and have experience supporting children with communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily routines. I love building meaningful connections and getting to know each child's unique personality and interests! Whether it's arts and crafts, playing games, reading, outdoor activities, or simply making them smile, I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and loved. I am CPR and First Aid certified, Safety-Care certified, and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I look forward to meeting your family and becoming someone you can trust and feel safe with!
