About Elena

Hello! My name is Elena, and I currently work in child care - more specifically, with infants aged 3 months to 18 months in a licensed child care facility. The preschool I currently work at is Reggio based, so learning through play and nature is my current experience in early childhood education. I am exploring full-time work as a nanny because I feel that with my knowledge from working in child care as well as my working education of ECE, I would be very beneficial in the growth of an individual child. I have worked with many different age groups, ranging from infants to high schoolers. I found my passion with caring for infants! I currently have a class of 8, with 2 teachers including myself, so I am well versed with caring for multiple children at the same time! I have found that caring for multiple babies can be difficult from time to time, but I have also learned a lot about time management and organization through this type of work.
